Understanding my client's needs and wants is very important. Purchasing and selling real estate is one of the largest and most emotional decisions people make. They need an experienced, knowledgeable Realtor that will help guide them through the process from beginning to end. I have been licensed in California since 1988 and in Hawaii since 2012. I have bought, sold and managed over dozens of my own real estate investments. I have helped many acquire and sell/exchange their investment properties. Within the last 5 years, I have specialized in distressed sales, i.e. short sales, foreclosures, bankcruptcy, divorce. I have a team that helps negotiate with lenders/banks, HOA/AOAO and lawyers on delinquent payments to facilitate smooth transactions.
My goal is to provide clients with attentive excellent service, sharing my past experiences while guiding them through the whole process so they can make knowledgeable decisions.
